Where Do You Meet the Best People?
Discover your favorite and least favorite places to meet new people on your journey to finding love.
About this lesson
Welcome to Day 84 of your 90-day journey to finding love.
One of the most powerful ways to meet new people is simple:
Get out and enjoy life.
Over the past several weeks of this journey, you’ve likely tried different environments, activities, and opportunities to meet new people. Some experiences probably felt natural and exciting, while others may have felt uncomfortable or simply not worth repeating.
That’s completely normal.
Dating and meeting new people often involves experimentation. Sometimes you discover places and activities where conversations happen easily and connections feel natural. Other times you realize certain environments simply aren’t the right fit for you.
Today’s reflection is about learning from those experiences.
Think about the places and situations where you felt most comfortable meeting people.
Was it during a walk in the park?
A social event with friends?
A hobby group or activity?
A casual conversation at a coffee shop?
These are the kinds of environments where your personality naturally shines and where you’re more likely to meet someone compatible.
Now consider the opposite.
Maybe there were situations that didn’t feel authentic to you — places where the energy didn’t match your personality or where meaningful conversations felt difficult.
Recognizing these differences is valuable.
Today’s exercise is simple:
Write down three of your favorite ways to meet new people.
Then write down three ways you realized are not your favorite ways to meet people.
This awareness helps you focus your energy on environments where you feel confident, relaxed, and open to connection.
Remember, amazing people can be found almost anywhere.
The key is discovering the places where you feel most like yourself.
When you enjoy where you are and what you’re doing, meeting someone new becomes much easier and much more natural.
