How Have You Grown?

Reflect on how you’ve grown and identify the areas where you’re still ready to improve on your journey to finding love.

About this lesson

Welcome to Day 83 of your 90-day journey to finding love.

Over the past several weeks, you have invested time, energy, and emotional effort into improving yourself and moving forward toward the relationship you desire.

That kind of commitment deserves recognition.

Today’s reflection is about personal growth and self-awareness.

Take a moment to think about how far you’ve come since the beginning of this journey.

During the past 83 days, you’ve explored ideas about dating, communication, mindset, personal confidence, and recognizing what you truly want in a relationship.

You’ve also taken time to reflect on past experiences and open yourself to new possibilities.

Now ask yourself:

How have you improved as a person during this process?

Write down three ways you have grown or improved.

Perhaps you’ve become more patient.
Maybe you feel more confident and optimistic about dating.
Maybe you’ve started taking better care of yourself physically or emotionally.

Growth can show up in many forms — sometimes in big changes, and sometimes in small shifts in mindset or behavior.

Next, consider another important question.

What are three things you know you would like to improve, but you haven’t quite taken action on yet?

Sometimes we recognize areas where we could grow but aren’t fully ready to make those changes yet.

Maybe you’re still holding onto frustration from a past relationship.
Maybe your expectations for a partner are still very rigid.
Maybe you keep hoping love will appear even though you haven’t created space in your schedule to date.

Acknowledging these areas is not about judgment — it’s about awareness.

Personal growth happens when we recognize both our progress and the opportunities still ahead of us.

Remember, choosing to improve is always within your power.

And sometimes we simply hold onto certain things until we’re ready to release them.

The important thing is that you are aware of your choices.

And when you are ready to move forward, your next chapter will be waiting.
