Welcome to Day 88 of your 90-day journey to finding love. Can you believe we are now in the final three days together? This has been an incredible journey of reflection, growth, courage, and possibility.
Today is another opportunity to pause and acknowledge the work you have done. Over the past several weeks you have invested time, energy, and emotional honesty into becoming more open to the love you desire. That effort matters.
Take some time today to review the exercises and reflections from Days 40 through 65. Look through the notes you wrote, the ideas you explored, and the challenges you completed.
Ask yourself:
- Which assignments did you enjoy the most and why?
• Which ones still need to be finished?
• What exercises would you like to revisit now that you have grown and gained new perspective?
Often when we return to an exercise later in our journey, the answers look very different. Your awareness has expanded and your outlook has evolved.
This program was created for you to take action, to explore your own thoughts, and to recognize your worth. As you reflect on these lessons, remember something important:
