About this lesson

Welcome to Day 79 of your 90-day journey to finding love.

Over the past several weeks, you’ve been working through many ideas, exercises, and reflections designed to help you grow in confidence, awareness, and connection with others.

Today’s focus is something that often makes the biggest difference in dating and relationships:

Your energy and presence.

Think about how you show up when you enter a room or meet someone new.

Are you relaxed, confident, and open to conversation?
Do people feel comfortable approaching you?
Do you smile easily and enjoy connecting with others?

Or do you sometimes feel tense, distracted, or closed off without realizing it?

Many people underestimate how powerful their body language, facial expressions, and overall energy can be when meeting new people.

Often, attraction begins before a single word is spoken.

A warm smile, eye contact, and a relaxed presence can invite someone to start a conversation.

On the other hand, if someone appears stressed, distant, or uninterested, people may hesitate to approach — even if that wasn’t the intention.

Today’s reflection invites you to consider how your energy and flirting style have evolved throughout this journey.

Have you become more confident in social situations?
Are you more open to conversations and new connections?
Do you find yourself smiling and enjoying life a little more?

Take a moment to think about how people might experience you when they meet you.

Your energy has the power to attract people into your space or unintentionally push them away.

Becoming aware of that energy gives you the opportunity to adjust it and create more inviting interactions.

Today’s exercise is to reflect on how your confidence, flirting, and presence have improved over the past 79 days — and what you would like to continue strengthening.

Because sometimes the smallest shift in energy can open the door to meaningful new connections.
