About this lesson

Welcome to Day 76 of your 90-day journey to finding love.

As we move into the final stretch of this program, it’s a great time to pause and reflect on everything you’ve experienced over the past several weeks. You’ve explored your dreams, learned from past relationships, pushed your comfort zone, and taken steps toward creating new opportunities in your dating life.

With only two weeks left in the series, today’s focus shifts to something deeply important:

Recognizing the value you bring to a relationship.

Many people spend a lot of time thinking about the type of partner they want to find. They create lists of qualities they hope someone else will bring into their life.

But today we’re turning that perspective inward.

What do you offer someone in a relationship?

Every person has qualities that enrich the lives of others — kindness, humor, loyalty, creativity, compassion, intelligence, encouragement, and countless other traits that make relationships meaningful.

Sometimes it’s easy to overlook those qualities in ourselves.

But recognizing them is an important step in building confidence, self-respect, and a healthy foundation for love.

Today’s exercise is simple but powerful.

Take a few minutes to write a short paragraph describing who you are and what you bring into a relationship.

For an added challenge, write it in third person — as if someone else were describing you.

How would a friend describe your personality?
What strengths would they highlight?
What qualities make you a great partner?

When you learn to appreciate the value you bring to a relationship, you naturally attract people who appreciate it as well.

Remember:

Healthy love begins with recognizing your own worth.
