Finding love is exciting, but it can also require patience and persistence. Sometimes life throws curveballs — busy schedules, disappointments, or moments where you wonder if the effort is worth it.
In those moments, it’s important to reconnect with your “why.”
Why is finding love important to you?
What motivates you to keep moving forward?
What will a loving relationship add to your life?
For some people, the answer might be companionship and partnership.
For others, it might be building a future with someone who shares experiences, supports their dreams, and creates a sense of belonging.
Love can bring laughter, comfort, encouragement, adventure, and a deep connection that enriches everyday life.
Today’s exercise is simple but powerful.
