If you have a date today, today’s challenge is to consciously turn on your flirt: more eye contact, more presence, more warmth, and light, appropriate physical contact like a simple touch on the arm.

If you don’t have a date, flirting still counts. Smile longer at the coffee shop. Laugh a little louder at the grocery store. Start a friendly conversation with someone nearby. The goal isn’t to “perform”—it’s to practice being engaging, confident, and unforgettable.
