Notice the Impression You Make

Day 11 of 90 Days to Finding Love invites you to become deeply aware of how you show up in the world. Today’s focus is observation—specifically, noticing the details about yourself that others might immediately recognize.

Do you hold doors open? Do you tip generously? Do you move through life slowly and intentionally, or are you constantly rushing? Are you observant, kind, energetic, focused?

You’ll list three qualities or behaviors someone new might notice right away. This exercise builds awareness of the energy you project and the impression you leave behind. When you understand how you are perceived, you can intentionally refine and amplify the qualities that make you unforgettable.
